You need inner and outer maintenance, just like your cars, homes and appliances.

We need to care for ourselves!

Especially this time of year

Perhaps you get manicure and pedicure done, hair done, shave -maybe not so much in the winter-

Yikes there goes a truth about me :)

How about you braincure, bodycure and spiritcure? Add color and shine.

Shave off stress and pressure off of you? You can do this by scheduling a bath soak, nature walk, journal, yoga, meditation...

If you do this for materialistic things and your vanity, why not your mind body and soul…

Time? Really? I bet you have time to please others? Care for others?
